The Travelers' Choice Best of the Best title recognizes the highest level of excellence in the travel industry. The award is given to those who receive a high number of excellent reviews and opinions from the Tripadvisor community over a 12-month period. Of the 8 million listings on TripAdvisor, less than 1% achieve this milestone.
Latin America takes the lion's share of the top fifteen restaurants in the ranking, led by the Michelin-starred Fogon Asado in Buenos Aires. Italy remains off the podium, but does feature one Italian restaurant in the ranking: Hosteria Di Lucca in Gramado, Brazil.
