Bonus 600 euros for the upcoming April. Good news for VAT numbers, self-employed and professionals enrolled in the INPS separate management. Today, May 21, the National Social Security Institute paid the second installment, relating to the month of April, of the 600 euro bonus provided for by the relaunch decree. 

BONUS 600 EURO APRIL: INPS INSTRUCTIONS

The relaunch decree confirmed that those who have already received the 600 euro bonus in March will also be able to receive the allowance in April without submitting a new application. For the moment, the rule only applies to INPS members, while professionals with funds will have to wait for further instructions. 

With a note published on 21 May, the INPS has provided the instructions to follow: 

Beneficiaries will receive the usual SMS notification. The second payment of April will be made from 20 May and it will be possible to verify the payment made by INPS also by accessing the "Payments" section of the Citizen's social security file (with tax code and PIN, SPID, CIE or CNS), by selecting the items "Performance>Payments" in the service menu. Those who have already submitted the application can still access the COVID-19 indemnity service with the tax code and their credentials (PIN, SPID, CIE, CNS and also simplified PIN) to consult the results, change the payment method or renounce , as indicated in the updated tutorial.

The categories of workers who had been excluded from the Cura Italia decree and were instead included in the Relaunch Decree will have to wait for further instructions for submitting the application which will arrive by the end of the month. In detail they will also be entitled to the April bonus: 

  • seasonal workers in sectors other than tourism, 
  • intermittent, 
  • occasional self-employed workers without a VAT number with occasional employment contracts, 
  • home sellers.

BONUS 600 EURO APRIL: PAYMENTS ON MAY 21st

The first disbursements were made in favor of self-employed workers, collaborators and seasonal workers in tourism and spa establishments. At the same time, the INPS informs, “payment transactions were also completed in favor of the fixed-term agricultural workers who, according to what has been established by the Government, will receive 500 euros by April.

For today's payments, May 21 credits concern:

  • 957 thousand self-employed workers;
  • 239 fixed-term agricultural workers;
  • 106 VAT and co.co.co. holders;
  • 75 seasonal workers from tourism and spas.

BONUS 600 EURO APRIL: THE PAYMENT CALENDAR

INPS has also provided the payment schedule, distributed over three working days: on May 21, a total of 1,4 million euros in payments have already been credited, while another 400 workers will receive credit tomorrow, May 22. The remaining 2 million payments will be credited on Monday 25 May.

To the list we must also add i 190 workers who have asked to receive payment in cash. For them, the bonus payment operations for the month of April will begin from 26 May (74.000), and will continue on Wednesday 27 May (19.000) and Thursday 28 May (97.000). The bonus can be redeemed at any Italian post office, but it will be necessary to wait for the communication from Poste Italiane.

BONUS FOR ENTERTAINMENT WORKERS

Chapter apart for i self-employed entertainment workers. According to the relaunch decree, all workers who in 2019 had at least 7 insured days and an income of less than 35.000 euros will be entitled to receive the bonus for the months of April and May, provided they do not have a subordinate employment relationship or a pension. to May 19. "Therefore - the INPS informs - the Institute is required to process the aforementioned checks also for applications received in April and, subsequently, will be able to arrange the relative payments of the second and third installments".

BONUS 600 EURO APRIL: PROFESSIONALS WITH CASH PAYING

Still no news for i registered professionals. Architects, engineers, journalists, psychologists and so on will have to wait for the arrival of a ministerial decree to find out if the April and May bonuses will be paid automatically or if it will be necessary to submit another application. We remind you that one of the novelties of the relaunch decree concerns the green light to the indemnity also for professionals enrolled in several funds, provided they do not have a permanent contract. It should be emphasized that unlike the provisions for self-employed persons registered with INPS, who will be entitled to a bonus of 1.000 euros for the month of May, for professionals with the amount remains the same: 600 euros for both the April and May disbursements.

    The shame ? months without working, and I still see nothing! Only the March bonus is nothing else!!! And then they ask for the holiday bonus? This is Italy!

      I submitted the application on May 31st (category: seasonal workers in sectors other than tourism and bathing establishments) and as of today, July 19th, still awaiting the outcome.

    I wrote 2 times to INPS
    1 time they told me my payment hadn't been processed yet, I had to wait
    2 times they told me that payments are made from the headquarters in Rome and they knew nothing ... (I Emilia Romagna)

      I called the INPS, they told me that the delays are in Lombardy where there is no more automation, but they are double-checking all the requirements. They confirmed to me that they are not responding from the provincial contact center. Compliments!

        There would be a complaint. Let's find out what actually needs to be done. Nobody talks about it anymore. I VAT number INPS separate management after the payment of March 16/04 I have not received anything else. Wasn't everything supposed to be automatic and with a click, at least for those who had received the March bonus?

    I worked on a fixed-term contract in 2019, on 18 February 2020 I was hired on a permanent contract, can I apply for the €600 bonus for covid 19?
