By 30 June, the government intends to carry out all the investments and reforms to which the disbursement of the is subordinated second tranche of European aid from 24,1 billion (actually 21, if we exclude the advance already collected by our country in 2021). To do this, he writes Republic, the Executive has put pen to paper a very detailed road map, in 45 points, same number of "milestones and targets" to be achieved based on the Pnrr. In April, 14 objectives had been achieved: by 31 May the aim is to reach 30, to then close the last 15 projects in June.
There are four ministries busiest this semester:
- Ministry for Ecological Transition: 11 goals, eight of which to be completed;
- Ministry of Culture: 5 goals still to be achieved;
- Ministry of Health: 5 objectives to be completed;
- university ministry: 4 objectives to complete.

5G

Fight against tax evasion and spending review
The Mef aims to close the package against tax evasion within a month and the distribution of the spending review among the ministries already in May: 800 million must be cut in 2023, 1,2 billion in 2024 and 1,5 billion from 2025.
School 4.0
Then there is the school 4.0 project, to make around 100 classes more digital. The reform of teacher recruitment was also approved in the latest Pnrr decree, but discussions are reportedly underway with Brussels on the suitability of incentive mechanisms for salary increases.
Circular economy and waste
Finally, Mite has among its objectives for May the national strategy for the circular economy and for June the adoption of a national program for waste management, to increase recovery and recycling.
