Fiat confirms its good intentions for 2011 with the roadshow

For 2011 the targets remain of a net profit of 300 million, a trading profit between 0,9 and 1,2 billion and a net industrial debt between 1,5 and 1,8 billion – In 2014 the goal is to sell 6 million cars together with Chrysler.

Fiat confirms its good intentions for 2011 with the roadshow

The Fiat roadshow for the issue of a new bond kicks off today in London. According to some press rumors it could be worth one billion euros. For the occasion, Lingotto presented to investors the objectives of the 2011-2014 business plan, which had been announced to the financial community in April 2010. The targets for 2011 envisage a net profit of 300 million euros and revenues of around 37 billion euros.

Net industrial debt should be between 1,5 and 1,8 billion. For 2014, the goal is to jointly sell Chrysler at least six million vehicles, of which 300 in China and 130 in India. 

Encouraging news which, however, did not affect the markets. At Piazza Affari, Fiat shares closed on a par (-0,07%) at 7,12 euros. On the Milan stock exchange, it is one of the shares that has earned the most: +84,10%.
