Phlegethon continues to inflame Italy, but now it's in the final stages. The African high pressure that brought the torrid heat of the last few days to Italy will last until Wednesday, moreover with a humidity rate so high as to perceive up to 5-6 degrees more.
From tomorrow, however, a disturbance it will reach the Northeast, bringing even violent storms. The rains will bring with them fresh eastern winds, which will produce a drop in temperatures in the order of 5/8° in the North in the afternoon and will cause thunderstorms along the entire Apennine arc.
According to Antonio Sanò, director of iLMeteo.it, “he will return from Thursday the high pressure of the Azores, with the summer continuing normally with normal temperatures. A decisive and substantial change in the weather is expected immediately after mid-month with a strong Atlantic perturbation that will sweep away the sultriness and heat throughout Italy, but which will also bring violent storms and widespread hailstorms”.
