Recordati and Prysmian, green light for accounts

Recordati and Prysmian: brace of shareholders' meetings of the two medium-sized companies listed on the Piazza Affari. The shareholders' meeting of Recordati yesterday approved the 2015 financial statements which closed with consolidated net revenues of 1.047,7 million (+6,1% compared to 2014), an operating profit of 278,5 million (+20,6%) and a net 198,8 million (+23,3%).

The assembly also approved the distribution of a dividend of €0,60 for each share (+20,0% compared to 2014), of which 0,30 already paid in November 2015. Today, less than an hour after the close of the Stock Exchange session, the Recordati share is on par, at €22,48 per share.

Also Prysmian approved the 2015 financial statements, which closed with a net profit of 214 million euros and resolved to assign a dividend of €0,42 per share for a total amount of approximately 90 million euro. The coupon will be detached on April 18th. Finally, the shareholders approved a new plan for the purchase and disposal of treasury shares, up to a maximum amount of 10% of the capital.
