The Mediobanca syndicate pact unanimously gave the green light to the majority list for the renewal of the institute's board of directors which will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting on 28 October.
Marie Bolloré, the 26-year-old daughter of the Breton financier and strong shareholder of the bank, enters Piazzetta Cuccia. Marie Bolloré was not present in Milan today while she will be expected at the meeting at the end of October. Carlo Pesenti, Bertazzoni, Strutz, Rample and Anne Idrac leave the board.
The majority list is therefore made up of 17 members and is composed as follows: Renato Pagliaro, Alberto Nagel, Maurizia Commeno (vice-president), Marco Tronchetti Provera (vice-president), Francesco Saverio Vinci, Gianluca Sichel, Alexandra Joung, Tarak Ben Ammar, Marie Bolloré , Vanessa Loberenne, Alessandro Decio, Elisabetta Magistretti, Maurizio Costa, Angelo Casò, Gilberto Benetton, Alberto Pecci and Maurizio Carfagna.
