The European Central Bank has given the go-ahead to amend Intesa Sanpaolo's Articles of Association. The Bank communicates it in a note, recalling that the changes in question are linked to the adoption of the one-tier system of administration and control and that they will be submitted to the approval of the extraordinary meeting convened for 26 February.
