GTech, a company of the DeAgostini Group, announced the agreement reached between the subsidiaries Spielo International UK Limited and Boss media AB, on the one hand, and Hcl Technologies Limited and Hcl Sweden AB (HCL), on the other. The agreement provides for the transfer to HCL of 143 employees of Boss Media based in Sweden, and the supply by HCL to Spielo of some technical services previously offered by Boss Media. The effects of the agreement take effect from 1 November 2013.
In the late morning, Gtech shares lost 0,22% in Piazza Affari.
