Germany, Great Britain and France are negotiating the merger between EADS and BAE Systems

Negotiations between Germany, Great Britain and France have resumed for the merger between the European aerospace giants EADS and BAE Systems, when by now the date of 10 October, the deadline set by British law for the conclusion of the negotiation, is only two days away.
The biggest rock, on the way to the white smoke, is the difficult question of governments' shareholding in the merged company. London, the most interested in completing the negotiation, demands, in fact, that no participation is created that would allow a government to have direct control over the activity and threatens a veto, while Paris and Berlin take time to decide.
