"China Cnr Corporation and Insigma, in addition to not excluding negotiations with an Italian partner, envisage - continues the note - both the maintenance of the employment level and the conservation of factories in the area".

China Cnr Corporation and Insigma are both listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and are leaders in the railway sector. The first, with around 90 employees and a turnover of around 10 billion euros, is mostly owned by the state and specializes in the construction of locomotives. The second, through its subsidiary listed in Shenzhen, is present in the railway transport systems.

Chinese interest leads to an increase in Piazza Affari, where Finmeccanica gains 2,22% and Ansaldo Sts 2,73% at around 16.30.
