Enav climbs the rankings and wins a contract in Romania. The company, through its subsidiary IDS AirNav – specialized in aeronautical information management systems – was awarded a saleswoman worth 2,3 million euros in the context of an international tender called by ROMATSA (Romanian Air Traffic Services Administration), the service provider for air traffic control of the Republic of Romania.
In detail, Enav was chosen for the supply, installation and commissioning of the static and dynamic aeronautical information management system (AIM-Aeronautical Information Management), which will ensure the collection and distribution of information useful for safety, as well as the efficiency and regularity of air navigation.
Furthermore, the new system will allow the Romanian service provider to ensure the full data integrity and to comply with ICAO and Eurocontrol standards.
