Davide Mereghetti is the new CEO of CMC Ravenna. The Board has confirmed Paolo Porcelli as general manager of society. Mereghetti, from Milan in his early fifties, is not a new name, thanks to a long experience in the world of finance, having had increasingly greater responsibilities in corporate & investment banking, not only in Italy but also abroad. After twenty years in Unicredit, which he left in 2018 having completed some of the most important international financial transactions, he now arrives at the Cooperative of Ravenna. Mereghetti also sits on the Board of Directors of DeaCapital Spa and OCS Spa. Furthermore, in the past, he was also a director of some of the major Italian companies such as Camfin, F2i, Prelios and Prada.

The Bricklayers and Cement Cooperative is the leading company in the construction sector that operates in Italy and around the world, founded in Ravenna in 1901.
