Siav SpA Benefit Corporation, leader in Italy in the Document Management sector and listed on the multilateral trading system Euronext Growth Milan, has published the Sustainability Report 2025, drawn up on a voluntary basis and in accordance with the European ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards) required by the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), which illustrates the path undertaken by the Company to integrate environmental, social and governance criteria into its industrial model, in the development of digital solutions and in risk management processes.

For Siav, innovation and sustainability They represent two complementary dimensions of the same growth strategy. On the one hand, the company intervenes in its operations through the use of renewable energy, the development of its people, information security, and the strengthening of governance structures. On the other, it develops technologies that help businesses and public administrations simplify processes, reduce resource use, and adopt more efficient and sustainable organizational models.

Among the main results achieved in 2025 are:

  • Around 300 digitization projects made for public and private customers, contributing to an average reduction of 78% of paper usage among the customers interviewed;
  • Approximately 10% of revenues invested in Research and Development, with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing;
  • 304 employees, Of which 303 permanent hires (99,7% of the workforce), and 6.317,5 hours of training paid during the year;
  • 100% of electricity purchased from certified renewable sources, with zero Scope 2 emissions according to the market-based method and a estimated reduction of approximately 99 tons of CO2;
  • 100% of cybersecurity incidents managed without data or information loss, confirming the solidity of cybersecurity and information protection systems;
  • Over 4.000 active customers, a market share of approximately the 12% in the “Enterprise Content Management” and “Business Process Outsourcing” segments.

Over the course of 2025, Siav consolidated its role as a partner in digital transformation, creating approximately 300 digitization projects for public and private organizations. The solutions developed by the Company have helped make clients' document and organizational processes more efficient. The analysis conducted among the sample interviewed revealed a average 78% reduction in paper usage, confirming the concrete contribution of digitalization to the reduction of resource consumption and the diffusion of more sustainable operating models. The Company can also count on a consolidated base of over 4.000 active customers and on a market share of approximately the 12% in the “Enterprise Content Management” and “Business Process Outsourcing” segments. 

Innovation continues to be one of the main drivers of Siav's industrial strategy. In 2025, the Company has earmarked approximately 10% of revenues to Research and Development, focusing investments on the evolution of solutions based on artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing. Among the main innovations introduced are systems of process mining, instruments Intelligent ETLs e Sophia, the conversational assistant integrated into the platform Archiflow Nova, designed to improve process automation, document management, and user support.

On the environmental front, Siav has confirmed its commitment to the energy transition by purchasing electricity coming entirely from renewable sources certified with Guarantee of Origin, the system that certifies the renewable origin of the purchased energy. This choice has allowed us to eliminate indirect emissions associated with electricity consumption(Scope 2 according to the market-based method), that is, those that a company generates through purchased energy, avoiding approximately 99 tons of CO2 during 2025. Overall, the Group's energy consumption was equal to 1.052,87 MWh. Overall emissions stood at 249,02 tons of CO2 equivalent according to the method location-based, which considers the average energy mix of the national electricity grid, and 175,52 tons according to the method market based, which instead takes into account the Company's actual choice to purchase energy from renewable sources. The focus on a more efficient use of resources is also reflected in waste management, with 2,46 tons of non-hazardous waste sent for recovery, that is, reused or recycled, and 1,52 tons destined for disposal, without significant production of hazardous waste.

People continue to represent one of Siav's strategic assets. As of December 31, 2025, Siav has 304 employees, of which 303 permanent hires, Equal to 99,7% of the workforce, confirming an employment model oriented towards stability and the valorization of skills. During the year, 6.317,5 hours of training, dedicated to the development of technical, consultancy, linguistic and managerial skills, while the gender pay gap it has reduced by 3,3 percentage pointscompared to 2024. The Company also confirmed, for the third consecutive year, the certification UNI / PdR 125: 2022 for gender equality, continuing the development of policies geared towards inclusion, equal opportunities, and the valorization of diversity.

Siav's commitment also extends to communities and the local area. During 2025, projects were completed: eight projects for the digitization of documentary and archival heritage in collaboration with Italian cultural institutions, supported by corporate volunteering initiatives, orientation activities aimed at young people and social projects consistent with the status of Benefit Company, hired in 2021, and with the aim of generating shared value for communities.

In terms of governanceSiav continues to strengthen its responsibility, transparency and risk management controls. Supervision of ESG issues is entrusted to Impact Manager, a figure responsible for monitoring the integration of sustainability objectives into company activities. The integrated management system includes certification ISO 9001, which certifies the adoption of processes oriented towards quality and continuous improvement, the ISO / IEC 27001, an international standard for information security management, supported by certifications ISO / IEC 27017 e ISO / IEC 27018, dedicated respectively to the security of cloud services and the protection of personal data processed in a cloud environment. The Company is also certified ISO 37001, the international standard for the prevention of corruption, renewed in 2025 without any findings. Particular attention is also paid to cyber security: during the year the 100% of cybersecurity incidents It was managed without any data or information loss, confirming the effectiveness of the measures adopted to protect company and customer data.
