We inform you that, following the merger by incorporation described in the object, from 1 October 2026 Crédit Agricole Group Solutions SCpA (hereinafter “CA Group Solutions”) will be incorporated into Crédit Agricole Italia SpA (hereinafter “CA Italia”), parent company of the Crédit Agricole Italia Banking Group.
From this date, CA Italia will therefore take over all legal relationships existing at that date under CA Group Solutions.
For this reason, we ask that you complete your invoicing to CA Group Solutions by September 30, 2026.
Amounts relating to services and supplies physically performed from 1 October must be invoiced to:

Invoices must contain the purchase order number (in the order/year/number format) within the XML file in the “Document ID – Purchase Order Data” section.

Please note that, following the merger, the personal data relating to all interested parties contained in the documents held by CA Group Solutions and stored in its IT systems will be transferred to CA Italia.
