After so many IPOs withdrawn, a positive announcement for Piazza Affari: 4AIM plans to land on Aim Italia in the second half of this year. This was announced by the same investment company dedicated to the development of the Aim Italia market during the presentation of its business model focused on strategic investments in SMEs that want to be listed or are already listed on non-regulated European markets.
According to the plans, the listing is envisaged entirely through a capital increase: the funding target is set at 50 million euros in 24 months, but the IPO can take place when half of the target, ie 25 million, is reached.
“With the support of the advisor Ambromobiliare – reads the press release signed by the president of 4AIM Gianluigi Costanzo -, the Board of 4AIM, which will see the majority of investor representatives, will select the 'target' companies with a medium-term perspective, providing financial skills useful for successfully supporting growth projects and enhancing the value of the investment”. Ambromobiliare, led by Giovanni Natale, is the founding partner and promoter of the operation and acts as financial advisor.
