New structure of the Organizational structure of the Turin Industrial Union: from May 26, the two deputy directors Massimo Richetti and Eleonora Faina will report to the general director Angelo Cappetti.
La reorganization, approved by the Presidency Council in recent days, provides that Max Richetti, who will continue to cover the role of head of the work and welfare area, will respond to the areas Education coordinated by Stefano Molina; Amma, AIT, Energy coordinated by Gabriele Fenouil; Food, Graphic Paper and Papermaking, Publishers, Wood and Cork, Fashion Textiles and Accessories, Innovation Services Industry coordinated by Alberto Gamba; Chemistry Glass, Rubber Plastic, Arpiet, Tourism and Culture, Digital Technologies, Facility, Healthcare Health & Wellbeing, Transport Infrastructure and Building Materials coordinated by Roberto Romero.
A Eleanor Faina instead, the following areas will refer: Technologies, Innovation and Research coordinated by Guido Ceresole; Small Industry, Young Entrepreneurs Group, ESG coordinated by Daniela Laigueglia; Tax, Finance and Foreign Affairs coordinated by Fabio Francescatti; Energy and Mobility, Anav coordinated by Alessandro Moschini; Environment, Gas & Power, Territory and Technical Standardization coordinated by Paolo Piagneri.
Finally, the following areas remain under the direct control of the general manager Cappetti: Marketing and Association Relations, Congress Center, Coordination of Supply Chains of Product Groups, Clubs, Credit, Finance and Insurance coordinated by Roberto De Luca; Administration and Control, Information Systems, General Services coordinated by Massimiliano Pagnone; Legal Services, Compliance and General Secretariat coordinated by Savino Figurati; the Study Center coordinated by Ivan Sinis. Furthermore, Institutional Communication and Press Office continue to be under the director.
Max Richetti, 61 years old, has a degree in Law and has worked at the Unione Industriali Torino for 35 years, and has been responsible for the Employment and Welfare area since 2008. He is a member of the Regional Concertation Commission of the Piedmont Region and of the Regional Commission Stars for Merit for Work. He is also President of the Supplementary Health Care Fund for Managers (FAIT).
Eleanor Faina, 43 years old, has a degree in political science, a Master's degree in Antitrust and market regulation, and has been involved in public policies and institutional affairs in Italy and Brussels for over 15 years. During her professional career, she has gained solid experience in advocacy and boasts a long career in the Confindustria system that began in 2008. After an experience between 2017 and 2019 in Italiana Petroli, in September 2020 she was appointed General Manager of Anitec-Assinform, the Confindustria Association of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and consumer electronics companies operating in Italy.

Eleonora has experience in the Confindustria system, in the private sector and in the world of innovation that is recognized and highly credible. We are convinced that we can thus give the right boost to the Industrial Intelligence of our over 2300 associated companies,” he concludes.
