The New Center-Right dissolves, Popular Alternative is born. This is the decision that arrives at the National Assembly of Ncd organized in Rome. "We are alternatives to the Lepenists, to the left of everything backwards, to those who have only the bulldozer in mind, to those who say 'no, to those who don't care about the Republic", announces the leader of the Ncd and Foreign Minister Angelino Alfano " offering this alternative to liberals and moderates”.
Yellow heart on a blue background, with the wording 'Alternativa Popolare' in the middle. This is the symbol of the new movement launched by Angelino Alfano as the "heir" of Ncd. Under the logo stands the slogan: “The courage to build. Together". The symbol was presented to the NCD national assembly which decreed the dissolution of the party.
