M5S, did Di Maio know about the Muraro investigation? The yellow of Raggi's email

An email sent by the mayor of Rome Virginia Raggi would have informed the aspiring premier grillino Luigi di Maio of the investigations into the councilor for the environment Paola Muraro but silence prevailed – Di Maio misses the first episode of Politics on Raitre – The base of the Five Stars is in revolt

M5S, did Di Maio know about the Muraro investigation? The yellow of Raggi's email

The Muraro case and the political storm that followed now go beyond the Capitoline borders and it is starting to have repercussions also at a national level, involving the leaders of the 5 Star Movement.

La "confession" released during the hearing at the Ecomafie commission by the mayor Virginia Raggi and the councilor Paola Muraro did not leave public opinion and above all the Grillina base indifferent. ANDBoth were aware of the investigation against the councilor for waste since last July.

The mayor also explained that he had informed of the investigations into Muraro “some parliamentarians: Paola Taverna, Stefano Vignaroli, an MEP and a regional councilor. But not with Grillo, Ruocco or Di Maio”. A version which, however, contrasts with the one released in the commission where, when questioned on the matter, the first citizen of the capital had replied that she had said everything to the leaders of the Movement, who however denied: "We didn't know anything."

However, according to what was revealed by the Huffington Post, there would be a denial of the pentastellati summits an email that Virginia Raggi allegedly sent to Luigi Di Maio and to the mini directorate to inform them of Paola Muraro's entry in the register of suspects and of her intention to wait for "the papers" to decide on the measures to be taken.

An email which in other words would confirm that Luigi Di Maio knew everything too. The omission contested by the mayor would involve not only the Capitol, but the leaders of the entire party. The vice president of the Chamber is not commenting at the moment, but lets it be known that he will not appear at the first episode of the Politics TV program on RaiTre. Intact the base bubbles.
