Dedicated to You Card 2026: Who's entitled to the €1.000?
The Charter is addressed to families residing in Italy with at least three members, of which at least one is a minor, and with an ISEE within the threshold of 15mila euros. It is also necessary not to benefit from other social inclusion or poverty relief tools. The mechanism remains the same as in previous editions. It is not necessary to submit an application To obtain the contribution: those eligible are identified through INPS based on available data and lists compiled with the involvement of the municipalities. It is therefore essential to have an up-to-date ISEE status.
Those who already have the Card and are still among its beneficiaries will automatically receive the new top-up on the same device. For new beneficiaries, the Municipality will provide the necessary instructions for collecting the card at post offices. This measure cannot be combined with other welfare or income support measures set forth in the regulations, including the Inclusion Allowance, NASpI, Dis-Coll, Redundancy Fund, and other forms of wage supplementation or poverty alleviation.

However, fuels, a possibility present in the first editions of the measure, are no longer included among the foreseen uses. Dedicated to You Card 2026: one billion for the two-year period 2026-2027.
For the two new years, resources have been allocated for approximately one billion euros, with €500 million earmarked for each year. For 2026, approximately €91 million, which remained unused in 2025, will be added to the allocated funds, bringing the year's availability to just over €591 million.

The principle outlined is to avoid asking citizens for information already held by governments, instead entrusting INPS, municipalities, and other stakeholders with the task of identifying those eligible.
The Charter thus arrives at the fourth consecutive edition, with two appointments already set for the beneficiaries: the first accreditation on November 4, 2026 and the second from April 2027. For those who receive the first 500 euros, the decisive step will be the 16th December, deadline by which to make at least one purchase to avoid losing the contribution.
