Enav wins an important contract in Russia. The company that manages civil air traffic in Italy, through its subsidiary IDS AirNav - a company operating in aeronautical information management systems - has signed a contract with the Russian company JSC azimuth specialized in technologies for Air Traffic Management, as part of an order with STATE ATM Corporation, the service provider for air navigation services of Russia.
Enav continues to strengthen its presence abroad in the supply of high technology in the context ofAir Traffic Management thanks to a targeted investment policy in research and development and in technical skills.
In particular, the contract provides for the supply of a digital platform for airspace design and related procedures with AIM (Aeronautical Information Management) components.
The IDS AirNav project will end by 2021 and will enable STATE ATM Corporation to automate processes to manage airspace design and all related information.
