Credem: ceiling of 710 million for SMEs

Credito Emiliano has activated a credit limit of over 710 million euro reserved for SME customers.
The initiative, called Special Credit, is aimed at a potential pool of around 25 companies that are already customers of the institute, in particular small businesses, freelancers, artisans, farmers and traders. The goal is to offer support to manage the liquidity needs generally accentuated in correspondence with the tax deadlines of June and July such as Imu, Irap and Irpef advances, and other financial needs such as inventory financing or advance payment of suppliers.
The loans are unsecured and disbursed without particular formalities and without further guarantees.

The amount allocated is divided among the Italian regions in relation to the type of economic fabric and the number of client companies: 195 million are reserved for the Emilia-Romagna market, 97 million for Lombardy, 51 million for Tuscany, over 37 million for Veneto, 27 million to Piedmont, over 26 million to Lazio, about 60 million to Campania, more than 69 million to Puglia, 72 million to Sicily just to mention the main regions.

"This important project", explains Massimo Arduini, Marketing and Business Business Manager of Credem, "is in line with the bank's strategy of supporting the economic and productive fabric with concrete actions" by transmitting trust.
Credem's loans to the small business segment, in the first quarter of this year, amounted to 4,5 billion euro and represent around 23% of the banking group's total loans.

The Credem Group is present throughout the country with 636 branches, business centers and financial shops, 5.646 employees, 753 financial advisors, 259 financial agents of Creacasa and 84 financial agents specialized in salary-backed loans (data as of 31/03 /2013).
