Cabel Holding, the Tuscan group of IT services for banks chaired by Francis Bosio, as of this week also Deputy Chairman of the subsidiary Cabel Industry (the IT company which is finalizing the release phase of the Italian localization of the Oracle Flexcube platform, the most innovative structure available today for banking), saw the entry into the BoD of Paolo Castellacci, President of Sesa Group and Rinaldo Scaccia, General Manager of Banca Popolare del Frusinate, replacing Mauro Benigni and Carlo Paoli. Mauro Benigni, President of Banca di Pisa e Fornacette will maintain the position of director in Cabel Industry, a company also owned by Banca di Pisa e Fornacette.

At the conclusion of the Board meeting, the Chairman Francesco Bosio highlighted how the partnership with Oracle is producing the expected results, both from a strategic and technological innovation point of view. “The recent visit of the General Manager of Oracle Financial Service, Chet Kamat, to our Empoli office testified to the strong bond established between our companies which is leading us to be operational on the market with the innovative platform as early as next spring: a strong cohesion between our teams which has allowed the optimization of efforts in a highly complex job with full satisfaction of all the parties involved”, concluded Francesco Bosio.
