Today, in fact, the filing with the Trieste Company Register of the certification of the execution of a phase of the Company's share capital increase was formalised, as part of the stock option plan for financial advisors and managers of Banca Generali SpA network
Consequently, as illustrated in the table below, the share capital of the Company is divided into 114.679.734 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of Euro 1,00.
