They're open craft to the next Sioi advanced training courses, the Italian Society for International Organization which prepares young students for the competition for entry into diplomacy.
The masters are aimed at graduating students, young graduates and professionals who intend to acquire or consolidate skills in strategic sectors.
Two courses on the go: the Master in Economic Security, Geopolitics and Intelligence and Master in Sustainable Development, Geopolitics of Resources and Arctic Studies. The aim of the courses is to prepare and guide students new professions sought after in the security and intelligence sector and in the field of the green economy and the geopolitics of resources.
The Master in Economic Security, Geopolitics and Intelligence (24 February – 21 July)
The course, carried out in blended mode, is organized with the Information System for the Security of the Republic.
Objective of the Master is to train experts in geopolitics and geoeconomics with specific skills in the field of institutional and economic intelligence, able to guarantee the security of resources and investments.
Among the topics under study: Geopolitics and security, institutional and economic intelligence, cyber-security and security of critical infrastructures, geo-economics of international markets, negotiation techniques, elements of cognitive psychology, geopolitics of the media and the role of social networks .
Master in Sustainable Development, Geopolitics of Resources and Arctic Studies (17 April – 15 December)
The course is organized by SIOI and by Unitelma Wisdom, in agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, CNR, the UiT – The Arctic University of Norway e the North University of Bodø.
Objective of the Master is to develop skills and competences in the sectors of the green economy, the geopolitics of energy and resources with particular attention to eco-sustainability and responsible use of the territory. Particular attention will be given to the geo-strategic and economic importance of the Arctic Regions.
The path aims to form a professional that can operate a support from national and international institutions, of the private and entrepreneurial sector, of research institutions and in general of all those entities linked to the energy sector and environmental management with particular specialization for fragile ecosystems such as the Arctic one.
