Saipem, US fund rises to around 12%

The US fund Dodge&Cox still rose in the capital of Saipem, recording another 1,48% compared to the 10,43% held as of March 10, according to an internal dealing report reported by Reuters.

The acquisition of Saipem shares took place starting from March 11, equal to about 6,542 million shares at a price between 8,75 and 9,65 euros for a value of over 61,7 million euros.

From what can be seen - since the purchases took place between 11 and 27 March, subsequently, therefore, 10 March, the date of the last transaction reported by Consob which had brought the US fund to 10,4% of Saipem's capital, the stake held by the fund rose to 11,9% approximately of the engineering and construction company 43% controlled by Eni.
