Invitalia announces the new board of directors. The assembly of the National Agency for investment attraction and business development met on the proposal of the sole shareholder, i.e. the Ministry of Economy and Finance which holds 100% of the capital, and proceeded to appoint the new Board of Directors, at the top of which was confirmed the historic managing director Domenico Arcuri, who has been in office since 2008, the year in which the agency was founded.
Here are all the names: Andrew Viero President; Dominic Arcuri CEO; and as advisers Paola Ciannavei, Stefania Covello e Sergio Maccagnani. The Board of Directors will remain in office for 3 financial years.
