Omnia Technologies, project created by the fund investindustrial with the aim of becoming a partner in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical-medical sector, offering integrated solutions and technologies, continues on its growth path with two new acquisitions: TMCI Padovan e Omega.
The two new acquisitions will go to enrich further the portfolio of Omnia Technologies, characterized by a high level of technological specialization and a strong focus on service and sustainability. Currently, the Group has a turnover of around 400 million Euros, 17 production sites and 1.400 employees.
TMCI Padovan
TMCI Padovan is a company with over 100 years of experience in technologies for the food and beverage industry. Currently, it owns 4 production sites, employs 230 people and has a turnover of around 65 million Euros. Operating in 90 countries, TMCI Padovan is divided into five divisions: Easybräu-Velo (specialized in beer equipment), Chemtech (manufacturing of gelatine, margarine and food machinery), Padovan (oenological solutions), SAP-Blendtech (juice machinery and soft drinks) and IFBTECH (dairy and plant-based drinks).
Omega
Omega, a sales engineering company focused on technical support and assistance, has long been a strategic partner of Omnia Technologies in the Americas. It is the first company based outside Italy to join the Group.
