Diasorin: 2013 profit down but dividend up

The dividend will rise to 0,55 euro per share, from 0,50 in 2012 – Net revenues rose by 0,3%, to 432,8 million, while Ebitda dropped by 3,8%, 163,1 million – Net profit also decreased (-5,2%), to 83,1 million – 2014 seen on the rise.

Diasorin: 2013 profit down but dividend up

Diasorin closed 2013 with stable turnover, declining margins and profits. The dividend, however, will rise to 0,55 euro per share, from 0,50 in 2012. 

I revenues consolidated net income on a like-for-like basis, communicates the company active in diagnostics, rose by 0,3% to 432,8 million, while the EBITDA it dropped by 3,8%, to 163,1 million. Also downNet income (-5,2%), to 83,1 million.

As regards the 2014, Diasorin expects revenues to increase by 3-5% compared to 2013 and a gross operating margin to grow by around 3% compared to the previous year. During this year, “the new placements of the Liaison and Liaison XL systems will be around 500”.

Today in the early afternoon in Piazza Affari, the Diasorin share lost more than two percentage points.
