Confindustria, Cgil, Cisl and Uil have created the context with a well-structured agreement, now Fondimpresa gets underway. The joint inter-professional fund for the training of workers, supported by companies with a contribution of 0,30%, launches projects of green redevelopment or circular economy. The endowment of the Fund is 20 million euros and is divided into two areas -A and B- by macro-areas. The training plans of companies must be well structured and cannot repeat experiences or activities already carried out. The added value of these courses, with a maximum duration of 13 months, lies in the professional growth of the employees. The challenge of the energy transition cannot go ahead without the commitment and strength of those in production. On this the agreement between Confindustria and trade union organizations is a sign of greater responsibility when it is understood that only an adequate professional level guarantees employment and productivity.
Funding applications
To access the funding, you have time from 4 November 2023 to April 2024 in the reserved area. It is an important step for the companies in the North to which the tender is addressed, because for now the greatest production of goods is concentrated there and the productions require study, investments and consensus between the parties. It is no coincidence that the plans to be presented at go shared with trade unions. So let's see the details. The beneficiaries of the training activity covered by the Plan for their employees and already members of Fondimpresa can submit the loan application and implement the training plan. Entities already registered in the list of applicants qualified by Fondimpresa can also apply, but within the limits of the amount class and territorial area of registration. The latter must include all the regions to which the companies benefiting from the training program belong.
The macro areas
One concerns Liguria for the green transformation and benefits from an allocation of 6.985.000 euro for plans with beneficiary member companies in Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lighunger, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Province of Trento, Province of Bolzano. Area B affects theThe circular economy with a budget of 5 million euros. Companies with plans that involve at least 60 employees and in the case of inter-company plans, they must satisfy "the training needs common to companies belonging to the same product category or to networks and supply chains organized according to the logic of the final product". The funding is assigned according to the chronological order of presentation and the dossiers must touch strategies, final products and production processes under the banner of sustainability. As for the expectations of circular economy business models, the tender specifies that it is a "production and consumption model that implies sharing, lending, reusing, repairing, reconditioning and recycling existing materials and products for as long as possible".
