The Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, through the Sace Simest Polo, acquired 49% of the Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Seco Spa, an industrial group from Arezzo, active in the IT, technology and Internet of Things sectors. The amount of the operation amounts to 3,5 million euros.
The investment took place through Sace Simest's participation in a capital increase. Thanks to this project, Seco Spa will in turn be able to acquire the controlling stake by Fannal Electronics Co. LTD, a Chinese company active in the production and marketing of touch screen display.

We recall that Seco is a company founded in 1979 which employs 300 people and has a turnover of 54 million. In addition to the sectors already indicated, it offers products and services to various sectors including transport, home automation, industrial automation, vending machines, biomedical, fitness.
Sace Simest, which has just inaugurated the new site, is instead the pole controlled by the CDP group which since 2016 has been involved in promoting the export and internationalization of Italian companies.
