Ei Towers shines in Piazza Affari which, on a negative morning for the Italian price list, rises by 2,06%, to 30,21 euros, reaching new highs since 2008.

The shares of the company active in the transmission tower business were boosted by the conclusion of the placement of the 7,53% stake held by the founder Alessandro Falciai's Millennium Partecipazioni at a unit price of 29,1 euros per share, with a discount by 1,7% from the closing price.

Mediobanca and UniCredit were joint bookrunners of the operation, which recorded a demand 5 times higher than the offer and was closed for an amount of 62 million. According to ICBPI analysts "the conditions reported lead to a positive assessment of the operation which, in the medium term, could arouse the interest of new foreign investors, thanks to the increase in the liquidity of the stock".
