Imi Bank it closed 2012 with a consolidated profit of 643 million euro, an increase of 24,4% compared to 31 December 2011. The consolidated intermediation margin was close to 1,5 billion euro and recorded an increase of 24,7%. The consolidated result of operating management amounted to 1.133 million euro, up by 28,6%.
After provisions and adjustments of 124 million, profit before taxes reaches one billion, marking an increase of 24% compared to the 810 million of the final comparison. Capital solidity confirmed also after the proposal for dividends of 500 million, with Core Tier I at 13,5%.
