Snam: profit of €957 million, dividend €0,1572 per share
The ordinary meeting of the shareholders of Snam, in which 74,54% of the share capital participated, approved the budget 2021, closed with a Useful of 957 million euros. The shareholders were resolved to distribute a dividend of 0,1572 euro per share as the balance of the interim dividend approved by the Board of Directors on 3 November 2021. De Virgiliis new president in place of Bedin
President-elect is Monica de Virgiliis, who had been a director of Snam between 2016 and 2019. De Virgiliis takes the place of Nicholas Bedin.
The other board members are Massimo Bergami, Laura Cavatorta, Augusta Iannini, Piero Manzoni, Rita Rolli, Qinjing Shen, Alessandro Tonetti and Stefano Venier. Snam confirms supplies for Italy after Gazprom blocks gas in Poland and Bulgaria

Acea: for shareholders, dividend of 0,85 euro
Green light from the Acea shareholders' meeting, to the financial statements as at 31 December 2021 which show a net profit of 313,3 million euros and a dividend of 0,85 euros per share.
