One more stop on the sale of 21% of That: the Council of State today accepted the appeal against the Municipality of Rome, deciding that the oppositions must be able to discuss the agendas and oppose the measure according to the provisions of the municipal regulation.

Without going into the merits of the resolution, the Council of State allows the opposition to continue with the challenges to the launch of this decision against which several hundred amendments have been presented.

"The obstructionist intent of the opposition, evident in the present case, must be overcome with different procedural tools, which do not conflict with the municipal regulation", says the Council of State in the sentence.
