A partnership between Aston Martin and Mercedes-AMG GmbH. The agreement will allow Aston Martin to use technology from Mercedes-AMG GmbH and Mercedes-Benz Cars for the development of bespoke V8 engines and the use of electrical and electronic architecture components for future Aston Martin models.
Daimler AG will hold a stake that will see a progressive increase up to a maximum of 5% (without voting rights) of the share capital of Aston Martin. Daimer will therefore join existing Aston Martin shareholders which include Investindustrial, DAR Investimenti and Adeem Investment.
