Agreement reached with the Ministry of Economic Development on the dispute involving the AST steelworks in Terni. This was announced by Undersecretary for Labor Teresa Bellanova, assuring that all parties "are signing" the document.
The agreement was signed by all the union organisations. There will be no layoffs, but 290 redundancies, all with voluntary participation. The Cig has been removed from the table, while the renewal of the company supplement is on the way and the commitment that the passage of the contract will give priority to workers who are already working.
