The board of Insurance Alliance took note of the resignation submitted today by the CEO David Sparrow and appointed, also with effect from Thursday 24 September, CEO and General Manager Marcus Oddone, current director of the company, assigning him the powers necessary to carry out the assignment.
Entered in Generali Group In 2000, Oddone held numerous positions of responsibility in General Bank, at the parent company Assicurazioni Generali and at Generali Italia, where he currently serves as Chief Marketing & Distribution Officer. Oddone also gained significant experience at Alleanza Assicurazioni, where he served as Head of Marketing and Distribution from 2015 to 2020.
Passero is leaving after spending 25 years with the Generali group, the last of which at the helm of Alleanza, which is preparing to be incorporated into Generali Italia.
