Unicredit sells Npl for 45 million in Russia

Unicredit, through its subsidiary AO UniCredit Bank (Russia), announces that it has achieved a agreement with EOS for the sale without recourse of a portfolio of non-performing loans deriving from credit agreements granted to customers belonging to the private segment. The portfolio consists entirely of loans regulated by Russian law for an amount of 45,2 million euros.

The sale of the portfolio is part of Unicredit's current strategy to reduce non-performing exposures under the Transform 2019 plan. The impact will be included in the financial statements of the bank in Piazza Gae Aulenti for the third half of 2019.
