Innovative startups, the best region is Trentino

This was revealed by a report published by Infocamere which is based on data published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance: Lombardy records the highest number of innovative startups (there are 1.081), but in Trentino there is a ratio between innovative startups capital company more favorable to the former.

The Italian region with the most innovative startups? In proportion to the number of capital companies, it is Trentino. This was revealed by a report published by Infocamere which is based on data published by the Ministry of Economy and Finance. According to the research, the highest number of innovative startups is recorded in Lombardy (there are 1.081), but in Trentino the ratio between innovative startups and capital companies is more favorable to the former with a percentage that stands at 0.91%.

They are A total of 4.704 Italian startups which were registered, until September 2015, in the section dedicated to them of the Company Register. A growing figure, if we consider that in this third quarter of 2015 there was an increase of 10,8%.

La Lombardy accounts for 21,6% of all Italian startups, followed by Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Veneto and Piedmont. On the other hand, bringing up the rear is Val d'Aosta with only 12 new companies open. Milan is the first province in the ranking, with 680 startups, second is Rome which precedes Naples and Bologna.

On the other hand, if you look at the relationship between startups and joint-stock companies, Trentino is at the top of the rankings, followed by Friuli, the Marches and Val d'Aosta. And in this light, the first province of Italy is Trento followed by Trieste, Pordenone, Ancona and Ascoli Piceno.

Among youth startups, 13% are predominantly female, while it is estimated that the sector employs 4.891 people in the 1.710 startups with employees. Also in this case, although the figure is stationary in June, there is an increase of 24.6% compared to the previous quarter.
