Pietro Scott Jovane took stock of offers for the Magazines division of Rcs: “We have opened a negotiation, we have received precise and multiple expressions of interest and we are working on it. There are less than ten and they come from publishers, mainly Italian, but also from financial operators, including foreign ones”.
The CEO of the RCS group then specified that the negotiations should be concluded "within a few weeks, presumably in the first quarter", specifying that the way of selling the assets remains the best choice: "Rather than quit, I'd rather give in".
For Jovane, the priority remains the management of the financial side, especially as regards the maturities of the debt, "demonstrating to the banks the strong sense of responsibility", and to increase its internal effort "to ask the shareholders for the bare minimum".
