Luxottica: Adil Kahn leaves, powers to Del Vecchio

Surprise reorganization at the top of Luxottica: Adil Khan leaves his position as CEO of Markets and Director at the end of next February.

The president Leonardo Del Vecchio, founder of the group, assumes executive powers for the markets area. Massimo Vian continues in his role as CEO of Product and Operations. This is what the company communicates at the end of the board of directors. Adil Khan will receive a total gross severance pay of 7 million euros. Luxottica closed 2015 with revenues up 17% to 9 billion euros.
