Hera Comm, a subsidiary of the Hera group, has acquired 51% of Sangroservizi from the Municipalities of Atessa, San Vito Chietino and Paglieta. The multi-utility had already acquired 49% of Sangroservizi last March 20 and, with this latest operation, has therefore achieved social control of the company.
Sangroservizi is a company active in the sale of natural gas with approximately 7.000 customers.
“The transaction – Hera informs in a note – follows the acquisitions of Fucino Gas, Alento Gas, Julia Servizi Più, Gran Sasso, Verducci Servizi, Enerpeligna and Blu Ranton, thanks to which the Hera Group in the last three years has become a reference operator for Abruzzo and the nearby Marche”.
