Back to the program Joule's Human Knowledge Open, Eni's School for the enterprise of the future, open to all and designed to train and grow aspiring entrepreneurs and startups in the name of innovation and sustainability. All for free.
In particular, the Human Knowledge Open is an online training program which aims to grow business ideas through training modules, videos and teaching materials. Furthermore, the program provides the opportunity to deepen the topic with experts, teachers and startups, as well as thematic events and webinars: a place of interaction where you can expand your network of contacts and start possible collaborations between startups.
The new program is structured into two sections:
· Learn and Certify, a training section through modules, videos and teaching materials, at the end of which the participants will receive the Joule Open Badge certification which will allow them to certify the skills acquired in the field of sustainable entrepreneurship on their CV, with the opportunity to share it also on the own LinkedIn channel.
· Community, which through a "coalescence innovation" approach, the result of the convergence between Open and Social Innovation, leads to the development of business ideas and skills by sharing different experiences with other Joulees. Within the community there is an exclusive Opportunities section that allows access to thematic events such as Q&As with internal and external experts, dedicated mentorship sections, training webinars. All this is told in the News section which will allow participants to stay up to date on all the activities. By filling in the profile fields, in the dedicated section of the Human Knowledge Open site, the Joulees will be able to expand their network of contacts, find new possible co-founders, partners and surprising collaborations.
