Today, the consortium led by the patron of Investindustrial and some historical partners in via Solferino purchased 2,18% of the capital of Rcs: International Media Holding, which is precisely the company formed by the Milanese financier, communicates this in a note , Mediobanca, Unipol, Pirelli and Della Valle.

In detail they were purchased 11,34 million shares at a price of 9,892 euro. Taking into account the shares already held by the consortium and those brought up to date, Bonomi and partners currently own 26,4% of the publishing group, surpassing Urbano Cairo's takeover bid which collected on Tuesday only over 49 million shares, but overall still stable (as of yesterday) below 10%.

The news at the moment does not shake the title Rcs on the Stock Exchange, which around 16,30 travels slightly above parity gaining 0,05% under the euro per share, at 0,9875 euro.
