Cdp Investimenti sgr purchased the villages of Marilleva, Pila and Marina di Ostuni from Valtur, while the structures in Marina di Pisticci and Marina di Sibari were purchased from TH Resort. The purchase price includes restructuring work for 27 million.

The five resorts have a combined capacity of over 1.500 rooms. “With this initiative – comments the CEO Cdp Fabio Gallia - we promote an evolution of the business model of the sector through the separation of real estate ownership from management, in order to free up resources while creating vehicles capable of attracting additional capital on the market to be used in new projects."

According to Cassa spa's industrial plan, the Fund for tourism has the purpose of investing in real estate funds specialized in the various sectors of the Italian tourist infrastructure, in order to give impetus to the growth of Italian operators in the hospitality sector. Cassa spa, as anchor investor, with the decision to add another 150 million to the endowment of the Fund has brought the total commitment to 250 million
