For its return to Piazza Affari last October, the “Ipo of The Year” 2017 awarded by Global Capital within the Equity Capital Markets Awards. The award was presented in London during a ceremony which took place the executive vice president and CEO of Pirelli, Marco Tronchetti Provera, leaves.
The Pirelli IPO had already received a special mention as the best financial communication in the context of the 53rd edition of the Financial Statement Oscars held in Piazza Affari, an initiative promoted by Ferpi with Borsa Italiana and Bocconi University. Silver medal for the listing in June 2017 of Allied Irish Bank while Galenica Santé, with its listing in April 2017, was on the last step of the podium from 1,9 billion Swiss francs.
