At the consolidated level, the group's share of the profit reached €12,3 million.

More than 62 thousand projects supported
Invitalia's activities have focused on measures aimed at establishing, growing, and strengthening businesses, with a particular focus on Southern Italy. The number of projects supported confirms the scale of the company's tools and their impact on national development policies.
According to Invitalia, in 2025 the company "continued its efforts to support the production system, with particular attention to the Southern regions," combining corporate incentives with activities to support public investments.
Tenders for over 3 billion euros
Another central front concerns the collaboration with the responsible public administrations of national and European operational programs. During the financial year, Invitalia oversaw a total of 67 programs, contributing to the implementation of interventions and strengthening the administrative capacity of the public administration. As a central purchasing body and contracting authority, the company published 303 tender procedures for a total value of approximately €3,3 billion. A total of 263 tender procedures were awarded, with a value of nearly €1 billion.
The stated objective was to accelerate interventions considered strategic for territorial cohesion and economic growth, while simultaneously improving their operational effectiveness.
From crisis tables to PNRR investments
Invitalia also supported the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy in the management of crisis management tables and operations to enter into the capital of companies, through equity and debt instruments. With the Business Safeguard Fund and the Cresci al Sud Fund, 21 interventions carried out, for a total value of €78,9 million. The resources were used to support strategic companies, foster their relaunch, and support their consolidation efforts.
Finally, the company described its contribution to the implementation of public investment programs funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) as "significant." In this context, Invitalia acted as a center of expertise for program management, supporting the acceleration of the most complex projects and the implementation of the interventions envisaged by the Plan.
