Philip Morris Italy accelerate on training of the network with the Trade Academy, a new program dedicated to approximately 45 thousand Italian tobacconists with the aim of developing skills, supporting the growth of retailers and strengthening the competitiveness of the supply chain.
The initiative includes a comprehensive training program that includes digital courses, in-person activities, and in-depth courses focused on key skills for managing a business.
Philip Morris Italy: New training opportunities for the network
The program focuses on topics such as leadership, business management, and public speaking, with courses designed to provide retailers with useful tools to address market evolution and improve relationships with consumers. The Trade Academy also introduces scholarships at universities and training programs aimed at retailers and their families, with the aim of promoting continuous professional growth.
To support the project, Philip Morris Italia has planned a total investment up to 1 million of euros, intended for the development of the training offer and the benefits dedicated to the network.

The Trade Academy, developed in collaboration with the Italian Federation of Tobacconists, will be active from June until the end of the year and aims to consolidate an ecosystem of opportunities for the retail network, placing training, innovation, and skills development at its core.
