Wild Wines: in Rome two days of knowledge and tasting with over 100 Italian and European artisan winemakers

Over 100 natural wine artisans from Italy, France, Spain, Slovenia, Germany, Poland, will be present in Rome with their wines, ciders and spontaneously fermented beers, a Spazio Novecento on 12 and 13 March for “Vini Selvaggi” the Independent Fair of Natural Wines.

Many of the selected realities have been active for a relatively short time. Their presence at the fair - say the organizers of the event - is the result of careful research, tastings, advice from established producers: "We want to help new wine producers to make themselves known to the widest possible public and to deal with the work of companies with decades of activity”.

Wild Wines brings together young realities from every corner of Europe, engaged in the production of wines from organic and biodynamic agriculture, with the minimum possible intervention in the various stages of processing in the cellar who have chosen to bet on the values of a healthy and pesticide-free agriculture, and a low-intervention winemaking, capable of not altering the naturalness of the product. The aim is to propose a responsible consumption of wine through greater knowledge and awareness of the agricultural supply chain which is behind a natural artisan production.

The constant search for new realities is aimed at promoting the best experiences of the undergrowth of Natural Wine in an event that is a moment of aggregation, entertainment and professional opportunity open to an audience of enthusiasts, experts and less experienced, and to all catering professionals , including food science students. The Tasting is open both days to an audience of private individuals and sector operators. It is possible to taste all the wines on display. www.viniselvaggi.com [email protected]
